RXSOL-70-7001-025  is a pre-combustion conditioning treatment for residual fuel oil. IT IS A BLEND OF SOLVENTS AND SPECIALIZED OILS, AND ONCE INTRODUCED INTO A FUEL SYSTEM, DISSOLVES SLUDGE BUILD UP IN TANKS, FUEL LINES, INJECTORS. THIS WILL ALSO EMULSIFY THE WATER THAT IS PRESENT IN THE FUEL AND ACT AS AN UPPER CYLINDER LUBRICANT. THIS IS INVALUABLE IN THE WINTER MONTHS TO ASSIST IN THE PREVENTION OF WAX FORMING IN THE FUEL LINES, FILTER AND INJECTORS, GIVING PROTECTION DOWN TO -30 AT A DILUTION OF 2%

Product Introduction:-RXSOL-70-7001-025  ( Fuel Oil Treatment ) is based on a combustion accelerator & fuel conditioning properties for heavy marine fuel oils. RXSOL-70-7001  is a balanced blend of  dispersing agents , surfactants and catalyst of combustion improver. 

Product Properties  :-RXSOL-70-7001-025 functions via a unique dual  mechanism . The catalyst of combustion improver reduced the ignition temperature by which fuel combustion efficiency increases & minimizes the free carbon formati-  on  during combustion which results the minimization of smoke ,soot , & other intermediate by products While other hands dispersing and polymerizing agents inhibit  sludge formation which improves the fuel flow.  By catalytically reaction  RXSOL-70-7001-025  stop the formation of acid gases. This reduces the amount of acid present, thereby reducing acid corrosion.

Application , Doses & Control Rates :-RXSOL-70-7001-025 may be fed directly from the drum ,using a metering pump or other feeding device, or  it can be added into the settling tank directly.Depends on fuel analysis for  Micro Carbon Residue ,average dosage rates are one Lts RXSOL-70-7001-025 req-uire for 1000 to 4000 Lts of fuel.

RXSOL-70-7001-020 prevents and disperses sludge, stops stratification of fuel in tanks, breaks water-in-oil emulsions and gives a better separation of water and sediments from oil. It provides amore homogeneous fuel for combustion. Vessels bunker lines remain cleaner and filter blockages are reduced or prevented. Centrifugal water and contaminant seperation is made more efficient and all system components stay cleaner.
