Coldwash degreaser is one of popular solvent based cleaner, which have powerful capacity to emulsify bilges, Soiled oily and greasy mass. The most important thing is its all emulsifying ingredient is biodegradable which makes it handling easy.

RXSOL-10-1089-020
Introduction :
RXSOL-10-1089-020 is a unique formulation blended with oxidized fatty Compound and high flash point solvents( due to that can be used undiluted upto 70°C) with powerful dispersing agent along with ionic and non ionic surfactant . OB1005 is readily soluble in water in all proportions. RXSOL-10-1089-020 is non- corrosive to metal like copper, aluminium, Mild steel, and plastic.It is non toxic which makes handling easy.
Functions :
Complete removal of dirt, oil, carbonized grease, heavy oil, gum , vegetable oil , Lube oil, soot , asphalt ,paraffine, carbon stains etc. Gives clear finish to the surface. Highly effective for the removal of crude and other high melting point stains
PROEDURE OF USE :
| 1st Method ( SPRAY METHOD ) | Mix 1 part of RXSOL-10-1089-020 with 2 -10 parts of water / GAS-OIL ( For heavy oil,greasy surface use directly)Spray directly on the entire surface to be cleaned. This can be achieved by Hand spray / mechanical spray pump. Immediately after 2 -5 minted of spray the RXSOL-10-2003-CW starts its function. The Dirt, oil grease etc will loosen. 5 to 6 minutes after spraying start rinsing the system with water (High pressure recommended). Dirt and mud starts vanishing with cleaning media and water. |
| 2nd Method (IMMERSION PROCESS ) | Application in immersion process with or without ultrasonic support, manual wipping. |
| 3rd Method (RE-CIRCULATION METHOD ) | RXSOL-10-1089-020 is also used in conjunction with alkaline degreasing bath at 2-10% (v/v) concentration for better and quick degreasing action. Eithers the bath is heated to be 70°Cor the solution can be stirred or air agitated. FINALLY RINSE THE SYSTEM WITH FRESH WATER. |

Caution :
AVOID contact of RXSOL-10-1089-020 with skin or eye Contact.If contact occurs wash with ample quantity of water.
NOTE : on dilution RXSOL-10-1089-020is more effective and safe for use on epoxy,polyurethane
,zinc-silicate coatings and stainless steel.
