BITUSOLV (RXSOL-16-1004-020)

Introduction: Exciting  product  treated  for  the  really  tough,Coaltar / Bitumenous   cleaning  problems  faced  in  the  proper  maintenance of  industrial and Institutional physical plants.

Fields: To remove coaltar / Bitumen& in shipping  Industries,Workshop, Coaltar Garages from  all  metallic  surfaces.

Composition:RXSOL-16-1004-020 is a special blend of advanced  organic   corrosion protection   components with various organic solvents & penetrating agents with Amines as emulsifier  .RXSOL-16-1004-020 functions via a unique dual mechanism the penetrating agent reacts with Coaltar component whilst the organic components reacts with metal to form protection film.

Application, Dosage & Control:-

Dip Cleaning: Small parts may be dipped in an open bucket or tank containing RXSOL-16-1004-020 removed and  either wiped dry with a  rag or blown dry with air.Agitation will facilitate  cleaning, but vio-lent  agitation such as with air should be avoided since this will increase loss of RXSOL-16-1004-020 evaporation.After use, the cleaning tank should be covered or the solution put in to a suit-able container for reuse.Solvent  resistant gloves should be work during the dip operation.

Wiping/Brushing: Large components may be wiped down with Rags, Sponges brushes  soaked in RXSOL-16-1004-020. Synthetic Sponges  andbrushes shouldbe checked for compatibility with RXSOL-16-1004-020  prior to use.Adequate ventilation should be provided when this method is used and solvent resistant gloves & protective clothing should be worn.

Spraying Cleaning: Generator & large electric motors can be cleaned effectively by the  spray method. Any  excess  cleaner which runs off  may be collected for reuse.A-course spray should  be used to reduce evaporation & loss  of  RXSOL-16-1004-020.When this method  is  used  adequate ventilation should  be provided. If there is any danger of splashing a face shield or gaggles should be worn.

General Remarks:
. Do not store RXSOL-16-1004-020 near heating  equipment.

First Aid & Storage: Contact  with skin can cause serious chemicals burns.  Avoidcontact with skin and eyes. Wear PVC  gloves while handling Do not take internally. Splashes of  the product or its solution on the skin or clothing should washed immediately with cupious amount of water. If eyes are affected they should be washed with water for at least 15 min. & medical attention sought out immediately. Keep drums tightly closed when not in use.
